周天乐，1987年生，性别男，毕业于日本富山大学，工学博士研究方向为机器学习，神经网络，时间序列预测，混沌理论。代表作有《Financial time series prediction using a dendritic neuron model》、《A Dendritic Neuron Model for Exchange Rate》、《Forecasting House Price Index of China Using Dendritic Neuron Model》、《Detecting Predictable Segments of Chaotic Financial Time Series via Neural Network》、《High‑dimensional hepatopathy data analysis by machine learning for predicting HBV‑related fibrosis》。主要教授《机器学习》《面向对象程序设计》《操作系统》课程。
